A LITTLE JOURNEY BUT A VAST LEARNING

Life is a journey, with problems to solve, lessons to learn, but most of all, experiences to enjoy

The day when I came from the hospital, I was seriously ill. I received a phone call from ma’am Iqra who informed me about my selection and in that excitement, I forgot about my illness and started preparing for my first session and our first course about “Khudi” which is self-recognition. This, my Khudi, is the first thing that will remind me of those first two weeks the most. whenever I feel thoughtful, whenever I look back. Those two weeks were full of energy and enthusiasm

sometimes a paper and pen is something that you need the most

In the first two weeks, we were introduced to Amal values and principles, the first time I understood the importance of Amal and Khudi. And the way we looked backend understood the meaning of the phrase,

“Everything happens for our own good”

The way we draw our life maps and then design our purpose maps, they all maps will remind me of those beautiful days.

I first understand the importance of Teamwork through the course of teamwork. I worked in a team and learned and practiced all my learnings at Amal like, how to give feedback, how to manage with people with different backgrounds and attitudes, how to be respectful to others, and keeping ourselves humble and calm.

I met very humble and lovely people with pure hearts in the form of group mates and learned a lot from them. I got an opportunity to work on my communication skills with them and there are a lot of things that remind me of our first 2 weeks at Amal. One of those things is my laptop’s battery that failed at my first Amal session and by then I’m used to attending the sessions keeping the charger plugs in (as long as KE allows).

The first time I visited our google classroom and enrolled in our assigned courses, I was very much excited about starting them and also there was enormous curiosity as well. And this classroom and all the courses will remind me of those learning experiences

Another thing is ‘medium’ as I was introduced by the medium through this platform and at the start, I even didn’t have any idea of handling it. But it was my first ever project so I must have to submit it at any cost and it was a great pleasure after publishing my first-ever Blog at medium (however, it had not very good quality).

may this journey remains continue

Nevertheless, the list of learnings at Amal is endless all I want to say is

THANK YOU SO MUCH AMAL FAMILY. MAY IT FLOURISH AND SERVE A LOT MORE PEOPLE.
